Ems-Island and room Windrose room offer a Christmas buffet at lunchtime. Various soups and main courses leave nothing to be desired. Enjoy braised duck, beef roulades, pork medallions, small chicken escalopes, braised leg of venison and a variation of noble fish with side dishes of potatoes, croquettes, spaetzle, colourful vegetables and red cabbage. Lentil ravioli in onion broth and a delicious Thai vegetable curry will make your vegetarian heart beat faster. Our sweet finale: german Herrencreme, ice cream and cinnamon panna cotta - the best is saved for last!

Fährrestaurant

A Christmas 3-course menu awaits you in the elegant Fährrestaurant at lunchtime on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. In the main course, we serve a gourmet platter with various meat dishes and fine side dishes. You start with a delicious soup and round off your meal with a dessert platter.

Your Christmas menu: Parsley root consomme with small ravioli - Duck, pork medallions, game, organic beef roulade, fish medallions, seasonal vegetables, red cabbage, croquettes, spaetzle, boiled potatoes - Rum raisin ice cream, cranberry mousse, cinnamon parfait, chocolate brownies, fresh fruit

Your vegetarian menu: Pumpkin and coconut soup - Kohlrabi and almond schnitzel, braised peppers, polenta biscuits - Rum raisin ice cream, cranberry mousse, cinnamon parfait, chocolate brownies, fresh fruit

For the little gourmets: Tomato cream - Small pork or chicken schnitzel, peas, carrots, French fries - Mixed ice cream with chocolate sauce
